Shipping Policy

Our roasters produce on demand specialty coffee on Monday-Friday so you can bet that you are getting a fresh bag of coffee. We will ship out coffee orders Monday-Friday.

Orders received over the weekend will ship on Monday.

Our shipping charges are the charges supplied to us by FedEx (Federal Express), UPS(United Parcel Service) and the USPS (United States Postal Service), which are added to your order in the shopping cart.

Please allow between 7- 10 days for your order to arrive. If more than 20 days have passed please email us or use the contact form to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email and on a case by case.
